Visit our offices located at 501 Palmer Avenue, in Liberty, Texas. We are located just south of Hwy 90, under the water tower.
Program areas within Liberty County AgriLife Extension:
Agricultural and Natural Resources is vital part of the economy for farm and ranch based businesses. We assist with Land owner education based on your issues and have programs including: Pasture & Grazing Management, Livestock & Crop Production Systems, New Landowner Education and Pesticide Training & Licensing.
Liberty County 4-H is a youth development community of more than 6 million young people across America learning leadership, citizenship and life skills.
Family and Community Health or FCH offer programs to help your family raising children, housing and Environment, eating well, managing money and all around staying healthy. FCH also offers Better Living for Texans (BLT) programming and is part of the Food Stamp Nutrition Education program.
Community Economic Development unit serves as a resource and assistance center for limited resource families and individuals in pursuit of increasing their standard of living through entrepreneurship, community program participation, home ownership, and government assistance programs.
Master Gardeners Volunteer Hotline is open for your lawn and garden planting needs. It’s just one more way to help out the citizens of Liberty County. Call (936) 334-3230 for any of your Horticulture needs.
